Philippines Bans Loli: "Hentai is Child Pornography"

“Hentai, the Japanese pornographic cartoon that depicts children in explicit sexual activity, is considered child pornography material and one may be severely penalized by just mere possession of it.

A bill banning this pornographic cartoon was approved recently by the Joint House Committees on Justice and Welfare of Children chaired by Rep. Matias Defensor (3rd District, Quezon City) and Rep. Monica Prieto-Teodoro (1st District, Tarlac), respectively.

Prieto-Teodoro, one of the authors of the measure, said the bill penalizes the offenders who sell, offer, advertise, and promote child pornography; and have been found to possess, download, purchase, reproduce, or make available child pornography materials with the intent of selling or distributing them.

Prieto-Teodoro said child pornography material refers to the means and methods in which a child carries out pornography.

“It can be in forms of visual depiction, audio representation and written text or materials that advocate explicit sexual activity with a child,” Prieto-Teodoro said.

She explained that the said images of real and indistinguishable children in films, digital images or computer images, whether made or produced electronically or mechanically; drawings, cartoons, sculptures or paintings depicting children in an explicit sexual activity are just some of the visual depictions considered as child pornography materials.

Rep. Darlene R. Antonino-Custodio (1st District, South Cotabato) another author of the bill to be known as the “Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009″, said the Internet which is used for gaining knowledge is being used by some as a medium to gratify sexual desire.

“Once the picture of child victim is flashed either on the Internet or video clip, the picture is open for the entire world to see. The child loses his or her privacy and innocence which can never be restored,” Antonino-Custodio said.

“Adults indulging in child pornography either by purchasing, viewing or producing them, should be subjected to the most severe punishments,” Antonino-Custodio said.

Under the bill, child pornography refers to any representation of a child below 18 years of age, engaged in real or simulated explicit sexual activities or any representation of the sexual parts of a child primarily for sexual purposes.”

The Philippine government fails at life, they mistook the word "Hentai" as "Loli". I laughed my ass of while reading the article about the government's epic fail move. But don't get me wrong, I'm not a lolicon.. Yumeru is.

Nah, I'm not worried about our country banning "Hentai". But hey, as if they can eradicate "hentai" when they already failed at banning porn movies, and sidewalk vendors. So lemme get this straight, the congress are faggots who seeks fame and money. There are people currently hoarding loli hentai movies just in-case the "hentai" banning has been implemented.

The time where senior high school students will leave the school to pursue one's dream. The tears of those who felt that they will get separated from their friends and important person of their lives. And this is the time my fate will be decided.

Just this once, I'll be Itoshiki for a day. Maybe this is the good time to let it all out, but don't expect a lot of crying from me because.... I never cried for a stupid thing such as this.

I thought I was the only one who got a very complicated problem, but there are two people from my circle of friends who are in the same boat as me. Three people who have suffered the same fate, find it difficult to recover from the horrible experience. The cases are different, but the outcome is the same. All of us... lost a very important thing, but what makes us different from each other is the valuable thing we lost after what happened in our life.

He lost a very important person of his life who has been with him for 5 years. She lost the ability to trust men and thinks all men are the same. And I, lost the ability to love and be loved by that person.

It's not like I've been bitter towards her, but it's actually a misunderstanding. It's been 3 months since I lost the connection between the both of us. It's my fault for ignoring her anyway. But, I want to be her friend again. No feelings attached. I already lost an emotion which is important for being a human, right?

Morphuse, who lost the person who's with him for 5 years, seems that he already moved on. Well, Long-Distance Relationship doesn't always work out, and that's the result. Nauko, who got betrayed by Dukou, chose to stay away from men who are trying to court her in the internet and in real life. It's pretty much like always having her guard up.

Despite what happened, all three of us found the happiness we need. The guild.. no, family. Shinsengumi, where all members are part of the Pedo empire, Yaoist federation and holy alliance Incest.

Where is Odin?

To tell you the truth, I want to go back playing pRO a day after LU! Live 2008, but due to some certain events, it got delayed and decided to play next year instead.

What I'm feeling right now, is something like that of an immortal being, watching everything precious to him/her disappeared. It's been 5 years ever since I joined Shivans. We went through a lot of hardships like guild conflicts, guild master betrayal, abandonment and guild merges. I know that our guild has a lot of allies and enemies, but that doesn't stop me from being with you guys.

Now that I've decided to play Ragnarok Online again, something popped out inside my mind when I entered the game. "Where is Odin?"

I checked our guildsite and I found out that it was deserted. Nobody bothered to post there and the last post was made by me, the forum moderator of that guildsite. Well, everyone from the guild decided to quit or retire from playing after what happened between the Bacolod Division of Odin and Statement, my guild master (or mistress).

Another factor to blame is RPC. We've experienced guild sabotages, alliance defections, and backstabbing members for 5 years. Last year, we almost got a hold of our dream to be champion guild who will be competing against 18 different countries for WRC. But I guess that will remain a dream after all.

Another thing popped out inside my brain after realizing it. "What's the point of playing RO again when Odin doesn't exist anymore?".

If it isn't for Resha, I never played the game again and concentrated on Shinsengumi and playing RF again. I don't want to do what Statement did. In fact, I don't want to follow his footsteps.

As the Guild Master of Grand Chase's Shinsengumi, I swear that I'll make this guild well-known throughout the country and will make a slot for this year's Level Up! Live 2009.

Insanity Issues

It was during our afternoon P.E class when that happened. One of my classmates approached me, then started taking pictures of me. I was like "WTF?!" when he did that without my permission. But I noticed something... the cellphone he used, that's from my female seatmate.

I asked him "Err... kay Maricel yan, ano?"

"Oo, penge raw picture remembrance." he said.

OH SHI--- I would understand that if she's the one who took the picture personally, but her gay friend do her dirty work instead! Srsly, I really hate cameras. Especially ones from their cellphones. D:

And the 100-page research paper I worked on for months, ended up having errors. I almost swore in-front of my English teacher about it. Since I though it would be easier to have BDSM as the topic, but it's not. Maybe I should ask Abbe about my topic. Everyone knows Abbe Desot as the Banana Man. =D

Now, as for the Shinsengumi guild, the whole guild (almost) is roleplaying as one big family. A rather twisted family tree if you asked me.

Nauko as my mom, SwordGrave (who transferred from Shinsengumi and removed one irrelevant member from the guild) as my dad. Morphuse as my uncle, Resha as my cute little sister. Neku as Morphuse's seme, Eva-chan as Neku's waifu.

Now, what's more twisted than having an incest family tree with a yaoist, pedobear and an MILF advocate? :3

College Entrance Exams Are Pretty Much Like Jobchanging Quests.

Job Prerequists: School ID, P20

If you're planning to take the ICCT entrance exam, head to Cainta. (Marikina > one jeep ride > Cainta). Once you arrive in Cainta, talk to the guard near the entrance. Hand over your school ID and he'll let you go inside. Speak with the examiner and she'll give you the application form to fill-up and she'll tell you to go to the accountant area to pay for the entrance exam.

Summary:

• Talk to Mom
• Make your way to Cainta
• Talk to the guard, hand over the school ID and enter the campus
• Talk to the examine and she'll give you the application form
• Head to the accountant area and talk to the cashier (20, 19) and pay P20 along with the application form
• Go back and talk to the examiner again. She'll send you to the exam area.
• Once you're inside, you are required to answer 100 questions from Filipino, Science and Technology, Mathematics, Political Science and Abstract Reasoning. (Time limit: 1 hour)
• After you're done with the test, hand over the questioneer and answer sheet to the examiner and wait for the results.
• After this, you are asked to either roam around the campus or wait for the result.
• The examiner will call for you name and tell you the results. She will tell you to go back next month to enroll for College

Sypnosis:

Kurosaki Ren, a student at Seirin High School and a member of the baseball team is rumored to have a relationship with Mizuki Shirayuki. While getting bullied by the Ratbane Trio, Ren saw a mysterious portal in the toilet bowl and sucked him. Kazuki and the others referred to the portal as "The Man-Eating Toilet" and ran away.

He met Resha and Morphuse and eventually, Shinsengumi's Commander Itoshiki (he prefers being called 'Bushido' or 'Mister Bushido' for some reason), and the Dragon Vice-Commander Sakuraba Neku. After Bushido killed Gaikoz, Ren was recruited to Shinsengumi by Bushido

Sypnosis:

Reioh, the capital city of the new Bermesiah Continent. Monsters are non-existent in this time and age, it was 1000 years ago when the Queen of Darkness Lady Kaze'aze was defeated by the legendary Grand Chase Knights. As the year passes by, the continent started to become a modernized continent where computers, TV, and vehicles are available.

All of a sudden, a giant black hole appeared from the sky. The citizens panicked by the moment they took a single glance on it. As the citizens ran away, looking for a place to hide, eight rays of light came out from the giant black hole. The rays of light were scattered to different areas, and the people who got caught inside the ray of light disappeared before their very eyes.

There are many who witnessed the disappearance of these people who got caught inside this mysterious light coming from the black hole. The waitress from the parfait store screamed as one of their customers disappeared in a blink of an eye while the other customers couldn't believe their eyes. Another person who disappeared was young lady from the noble family of Kanavan.

The black hole up in the sky vanished as well as the mysterious rays of light. Three days after the incident, they reported that a total of 8 people disappeared and believed that an alien riding in a UFO abducted the missing person. But the truth is, nobody knew what really happened to those people.

Okay, ganito yan. Last time na pumunta ako kina Ayuson kasama si Emman sa bahay niya para makitulog (kasi alangan namang umuwi ako ng gabing gabi na?), hindi ako makatulog dahil nag-anime marathon kami sa kanila. Gintama, Gurren Lagann, Manabi Straight saka Gundam 00 S2 pinanood namin ng isang araw lang. Nagtataka si Emman bakit dilat na dilat ang mata ko.

Napatawa siya, at kumuha ng mansanas na nakalagay sa pinggan na nakapatong sa mesa. "Di naman ganon si dad, pero may tiwala sayo yun." sabi niya habang nginunguya ang kinagat na mansanas. Sa kalagitnaan ng aming kwentuhan ay may biglang kumatok sa pinto. Pagbukas ko ng pinto, nakita ko si ate Mai na parang nakasimangot.

"Ate Mai? bakit?"

"Yung kuya mo, nakulong daw." pabulong na sabi niya

"Na naman!? Takte, wala na siyang ginawang matino." sabay bagsak ng kaliwang palad sa aking mukha. "Puntahan natin?" dagdag kong tanong

"Tara-- Ay teka, paano si Mikan?"

"Sasama ako" sabay tayo at agad dumiretso sa kwarto para magpalit ng damit.

Nasa harapan namin ang isang lalaking puti ang buhok, nakaposas at makikita sa kanyang mukha na parang walang nangyari sa kabila nang kanyang pagkakakulong. Tumaas nang konti ang kanyang ulo, tumingin sakin at ngumiti pagkakita sakin.

"Kwon, musta na?"

Sa sinabi niya, nag-init ang ulo ko ang napasigaw "Gago ka ba?! Kakalabas mo lang sa kulungan ah? Ano na naman ba ginawa mong katarantaduhan at nakulong ka?!"

"Wala, gusto lang kitang makita." pangiti niyang sagot

"Makita? E ayaw na nga kitang makita eh. Hindi porket wala sa bansa mga magulang natin, sakin mo ipapasa ang pagpapahirap mo sa kanila." tapos dagdag ko "SAKA, WALA KA NANG ALAM GAWIN KUNDI SIRAIN ANG BUHAY KO!!"

Tumayo ako sa aking kinauupuan at agad na tumalikod sa taong nakakulong. "Aalis na tayo. Sayang lang oras natin sa taong yan." at nagsimula akong maglakad palabas.

Sa labas ng presinto, sa sobrang yamot ko, naghanap ako ng pwedeng pagbuhusan ng galit. Mahigpit na nakasara ang aking kamao at handa nang sapakin ang ano mang makita sa paligid. Napatingin ako sa pader sa labas ng istasyon, at dahil hindi ko na ito makontrol, buong pwersa kong sinuntok ang pader. Nagulat nalang ako nang may biglang pumigil sakin.

Pareho kaming natumba, napaupo sa kalsada at nakasandal sa pader na magkayakap.

"Tama na... nangyari na eh.." tumingin sakin si Mikan na may luhang tumutulo sa kanyang pisngi

"Mikan..."

"Ano yun Kwon?"

"Magpakasal na tayo."

School rant

4th grading period na, meron pa akong natitirang 2 months para ayusin ang buhay ko. Kailangan kong hapitin ang mga projects, reports, assignments na ibibgay sakin ng mga subject teachers ko para makagraduate. Wala lang. naisip ko kasi na parang hindi ako papasa pag nagpatuloy pako sa pagiging passive student ko.

Yung report sa physics madali lang naman. Gagamit lang ako ng logic para madefine yung hydrostatics, pero yung kapartner ko naman ipinasa sakin lahat ng responsiblidad: reporter na, tagagawa ng visualaids saka gagawa ng quiz. Putek, angswerte ng kapartner ko. Pero ok lang, sakin naman mapupunta yung grade. >:)

Meron pang isang pahirap, yung research project namin sa English. Plano naming magbago ng topic para sa research paper namin kasi binasura lang yung dati naming research about "Girls' male referrence" at yung bagong topic namin ay pwedeng:

2. Internet -> Choosing between real life and virtual community
3. BDSM -> Sadists and Masochists

It was our religion class today. As usual, I didn't listen to what the religion teacher was saying. Why you asked? It was simple, really, because I always tend to fall asleep during religion class.

But what caught my attention was this piece of paper. One of my classmates gave me this paper with something written on it. "I am a responsible boy"

The parents of my girlfriend place their trust in me. I will not violate it
I will respect my girlfriend as I expect other men to respect my sister.
I will respect womanhood because my mom is a woman
I will ask my girlfriend to do nothing that I would be ashamed of if my mom found out.

My girlfriend has given me the honor and pleasure of her company.
It is wrong for me to expect more of this date. I will pay for the food we ordered in our date.
My girlfriend will be a wife and mother some day.
She must be an example to her children and pride of her husband.

I will help her to be as pure and decent as I want my own wife to be.
Manhood means strength of character as well as body.

I asked myself "Why do I have a piece of paper like this?"

Well, I admit, that paper was different from trash. But what bothers me is having a paper like this, when I don't have a girlfriend. And it's like provoking me for not having a girlfriend. <_<

Whoever wrote this will die if I saw him (or her). But anyway, I think it's better to keep this paper for unexpected future events.

A year has passed and the last two months wasn't that special to me. Due to the recent events that happened for the last two months, the once carefree shut-in became someone you wouldn't understand. Others think that people will still be the same person they knew no matter what happens.

In other words, Itoshiki... is dead.

From this day on, I will be now referred as "Mister Bushido" (Mis-tah Boo-shi-do). Forget everything that happened and get on with it.
